2. What data we collect and how

We only collect the data we need to respond to you and to run the studio:

  • Contact data: when you reach out by email, WhatsApp or the on-site chat assistant, we receive your name, your email address or phone number, and the content of your message.
  • Browsing data: if you give your consent, we collect aggregated analytics about how the site is used (for example pages viewed and approximate location). This data is collected only after you accept analytics cookies.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of data and we ask you not to send sensitive personal information through our contact channels.

3. Purposes of processing

  • To reply to your enquiries and provide the information you request.
  • To prepare quotes and provide our creative services if you decide to work with us.
  • To measure and improve the traffic and performance of the website.

4. Legal bases

  • Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): for analytics cookies and for handling enquiries you voluntarily send us.
  • Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to prepare quotes and respond to service requests.

5. Recipients and processors

We share data only with service providers who help us run the site and our communications:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting and content delivery of the website.
  • Google: Google Analytics 4, loaded only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Meta Platforms / WhatsApp: only if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers, such as Vercel and Google, are located in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and any additional measures required by law.

7. Retention

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the resulting relationship. After that, data is kept only while required to comply with legal obligations, and is then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to the configured analytics retention period.

8. Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and to withdraw any consent you have given at any time without affecting prior processing.
